Website Update and One Difficult Customer

Today Laura started working on my website.  This is great because soon I will have a site where I can showcase all of my pieces online.  The major concern I have about this is that I can upload pictures of my jewelry to the site myself, as I am constantly getting different ideas and directions and will eventually have a set collection on the site of my best pieces only.

Right now I have about 25 pieces, and am learning wire wrapping techniques and German knotting :)

Also, beware of difficult customers.  You will know a difficult customer because they will be unnecessarily demanding, and won't listen to a word you say,  the best approach to a difficult customer is to make sure you go above and beyond to exceed their expectations.

This woman at work is my first difficult customer.  I designed a necklace for her, and had to change the design because of the durability of the materials. Plain English, i didn't want to take a chance on making her something that would break.

Well she didn't appreciate my thoughtfulness, (which is fine, not everyone does) and insisted I redesign the necklace, so I did.  Then I brought it in to her and she bought something else already.  She could have at least told me!

Next time I will have to get all the materials and test them, before i design the necklace and get final design approval.
